- Work historyEnd credits give the title 'Edgar Allan Poe's The Masque of the Red Death'. GB prints credit George Willoughby as 'Produced by' - his name is missing entirely from US prints on which Roger Corman receives this credit. GB prints omit the US production company/distributor American International Pictures (along with the James H. Nicholson and Samuel Z. Arkoff present/have presented credit) and list instead 'An Anglo Amalgamated production' (along with Nat Cohen and Stuart Levy present/have presented credit). GB press materials omit the following actors credited on US and GB prints: Robert Brown, David Davies and Sarah Brackett. The same source similarly misspells actors Gaye Brown and Doreen Dawne as 'Gay Brown' and 'Doreen Dawn'. US and GB prints give 'Titles Designed by' credit to Jim Baker however GB press materials give the names as 'James Baker'.
